My role was to develop a more efficient system to nurture prospects—freeing up the counselors to focus on building meaningful connections with current students and applicants.

I created a 280-day email nurture sequence that delivered degree-specific content and information tailored to each student’s area of interest helping them stay engaged and informed about the university and its programs.

Sow Good’s primary revenue traditionally came from retail partnerships. This year, the company shifted focus toward direct-to-consumer sales to strengthen its relationship with customers and reduce reliance on third-party retailers.

Solution:

To strengthen Sow Good’s direct-to-consumer presence, I developed a tiered discount strategy (10–30% off) to incentivize purchases and increase average order value. The campaign activated multiple channels — revitalizing their largely untapped email list, running Meta and TikTok ads, optimizing the website for conversions, and integrating influencer content.
